Paul A. YoungWe’ve tried this chocolatier several times and have each time been disappointed. Unfortunately, the quality of their chocolate just does not match many of the other chocolatiers around and is not even better, in our opinion, than regular packaged chocolates. Each of their truffles has an off flavor, including their house dark chocolate ganache truffle, which is apparently made with zero dairy. While we both thought the flavor was off for different reasons (one of us because it seemed to taste of liquor and the other because it seemed to taste like weakly flavored chocolate water), it is not worth spending the money on these chocolates. There are a number of fantastic chocolate shops and if you’re not in the area of any, then buy a nice Cadbury bar or a Lindt truffle at the supermarket instead.

We’ve also had their home-made salted caramel brownie, which is equally mediocre and way too sweet.
