We went this past Saturday for lunch. Only 1 other group was there. It was totally empty, which was not the best. Obviously much better to have more of a lively atmosphere. Hopefully it’s not always so deserted.

Anyway, the pizza was great! Super thin crust, obviously, since this is their m.o. And no extra drizzle of oil like many pizza shops do it unless you’re getting the “shroomtown”. We know this just because we asked specifically for no oil and they said they never generally do. The result is a crispy, soft, and non-greasy/soggy pizza. Delicious!

Spunto - spuntoWe got a large, half Greek and half fresh mozzarella + spinach (this half we created). I will say I would be very wary of getting spinach on a pizza from here unless you really love spinach because let me tell you, they put HUGE chunks of spinach. I basically had to remove half and would probably not get spinach again.

But great pizza, perfect for lunch in particular because the concept and style makes the pizzas super light. Will be back.
